Vi presento Erla Zwingle, freelance giornalista e blogger innamorata di Venezia

She’s living in Venice for more than ten years. She is a freelance journalist and has been writing for many magazines for several decades and she has written extensively about Venice.
Erla Zwingle has written the National Geographic guidebook to Venice some time ago*, and the cover story for National Geographic's Italian edition on "Mysterious Venice" (February 2007).

* circa 8 or 9 years ago. There are the English edition (photocredit: internet) and the Bulgarian edition. (Seems like Russian, yes.)

After more than a decade in Venice, she is still studying her history and culture and love to share the anecdotes and experiences in her own blog. She knows how to row Venetian boats in the Venetian way (voga alla veneta like the gondoliers), cook Venetian dishes, and live the city, not as a tourist, but as the Venetians do. And she speaks not only Italian, but also Venetian.
